Delivery (Mainland UK)
All orders placed over the total value of £50.00, will be delivered FREE of charge. Orders with an order total of under £50.00 will be subject to a standard delivery charge of £3.95. All our orders are sent via a signed for courier service.
Orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the day of your order to arrive to you within 2 to 3 working days. Orders after 3pm Monday to Friday and Weekends will be dispatched the next working day to arrive to you within 2 to 3 working days.
If you are paying by PayPal, please check your delivery address and please provide a contact telephone number.
Claims for missing/Damaged products
Our Customer Care team must be notified of missing, damaged or faulty products within 48 hours of receipt. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the goods have been received as stated on the sales invoice. Claims outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Each claim is individually investigated. If it is found that goods have been damaged in transit, the goods will be replaced. However, if the replacement is refused and cancelled by the customer cancellation charges will apply. Our orders are checked by a picker, a checker and a packer very carefully before they are dispatched. We are unable to replace an item until the original is returned. If you need an item urgently, a second order should be placed for the new item and when the return is received a refund will be issued.
Goods should not be returned without first contacting our Customer Care team. Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Should an item need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. There is a a14 day return period, returns will not be accepted of returned outside of this timescale. If you wish to return goods it must be done at your own cost. We will not accept goods returned without prior authorisation. If this occurs, you will still be charged for the goods. When an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a refund may be issued. For further details please contact our Customer Care team. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of orders will be accepted providing the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If goods have been dispatched then the returns policy will apply.
